Nasopharngeal Cancer.
Arise from notochordal remnants
Occur most commonly in the sacrum and clivus
Benign neoplasm but locally invasive
Metastasis and leptomeningeal spread unusual
Middle aged adults.
CT
Calcified matrix
Bony erosion or destruction
MRI
Usually hypointense on T1 and hyperintense on T2 but can be heterogenous
Most enhance to variable degree.
