Tuberculum sellae, clinoid processes, medial sphenoid wing, cavernous sinus

Slow-growing masses causing symptoms secondary to compression of adjacent structures.

Often not visualized when small

Hyperdense

Mass effect

MR

Isointense T1, Iso-/hyperintense on T2 (50/40)

Homogenous enhancement.
