Patient presented with a nasal cavity and sinus mass that extended superiorly to involve the skull bass and pituitary gland.

On follow up the mass extended superiorly to involve the pituitary stalk and infundibular and optic recesses of the third ventricle.

This was a secondary lymphoma and the patent had advanced systemic disease.
