May also be autosomal dominant
Classic Triad: Seizures, mental retardation, and adenoma sebaceum (all three seen in only 50% of patients)
CNS manifestations
Subependymal nodules (75% Ca++)
Cortical and subcorical tubers (50% Ca++)
Subependymal Giant Cell Tumors
Ventriculomegaly.
Subependymal Giant Cell Astrocytoma.
Renal Angiomyolipomas. Lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
