Autosomal dominant phacomatosis. Associated with hemangioblastomas, clear cell renal carcinomas, pheochromocytomas, and cystadenomas.
Posterior fossa hemangioblastomas associated with cysts in 2/3's of cases. The nodule usually is on the pial side of the cyst. 1/3 of hemangioblastomas not associated with cysts.
Retinal angiomas associated with hemorrhages and retinal detachment.
