Subtle orbit abscess. The right side rounded object at first glance appears to be the globe.

Closer inspection displays air within it. This was a surgically proven abscess.

60% of orbital abscesses are direct extension from the sinuses. Ethmoid is most common. This abscess originated form a frontal sinusitis.
