Orbital Lymphoma

Solid tumors primarily composed of monoclonal B cells

Lymphoid tumors account for account for 10-15% of orbital masses

75% of patients with orbital lymphoma have systemic disease

Primary Salivary Gland Tumor

Metastasis

Lymphoma

Melanoma

Broad range of disease

Benign pseudolymphoma

Atypical lymphoid hyperplasia

Malignant lymphoma

Can transform over time to more aggressive disease

True lymphoid tissue in the orbit found in subconjunctiva and lacrimal gland

Tend to mold around adjacent structures

Bony erosion uncommon

May be hypointense on T2 images secondary to increased cellularity
