Non-invasive fungal sinusitis. Surgically proven. Fungal ball, mycetoma, frequently have stippled calcifications on CT.

Evaluate for invasive signs which would indicate more serious disease in immunocompromised patient.

Differential: Hematoma (barotrauma), inverting papilloma, air.

Most common in maxillary sinuses.
