Little enhancement, in contrast to adenomas which enhance.

Acinic cell carcinoma is the fourth most common malignant tumor of the parotid in adults.

It is fourth most common after mucoepidermoid, adenoid cystic, carcinoma ex-pleomorphic adenoma.

It is the second most common malignant parotid tumor in children after mucoepidermoid.
